Hi, I’m Sage Allen.

I have a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. I’ve taught Marriage Preparation and Marriage Enrichment classes at Brigham Young University and for the Utah State University Extension Office. Now I write blog articles on healthy relationships.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My husband and I have two kids. One of them is severely autistic. I love helping people improve their romantic relationships and find greater happiness in their families. Let me share what I have learned with you!

If you like anything I’ve written, don’t thank me – thank God. I get all my best ideas from Him.

“Picture in your mind the able, earnest, useful person you desire to be, and the thought you hold is hourly transforming you into that particular individual… Thought is supreme. To think rightly is to create.”
